Get the ball rolling!

Here are four quick questions to get the ball rolling and help you understand where you are now -vs- where you want to be:

1. Who are you?

For example: your likes/dislikes, what motivates/drives you.  Through self-awareness you can harness on your strengths and devise an action plan to tackle your weaknesses.

2. Where are you at the moment?

For example: diagnose the problem/area of unhappiness.  What needs to change?

3. Where do you want to be in the future?

For example: for me personally, I want the independence, creativity and freedom to make my own decisions in order to grown and find true career fulfilment.  I want the passion, drive and ambition to follow my heart and help people be the best they can be.  I want to be me without apologising or having to change my core values in order to get what I want.  I want more of ‘me’ in order to spread my wings!

4. Then define an action plan to get you there.  Tangible goals.

For example: for me, creating this blog, sharing my challenges and experiences, talking about my journey is a way of fulfilling one of my goals.
