Is not about going out and buying a Gucci suit but more about making an effort. Have a go at putting together a style that defines you. Treat yourself to a new haircut, make sure your nails are neat and tidy and for the ladies, slap some lipstick on!
A poor attitude has the power to derail even the strongest of characters. You need to have the right attitude so focus on projecting an attitude of confidence. Give yourself a pep talk in front of the mirror. I do this on a regular basis. I’ll say things like: I’m awesome or I’m going to rock it today! It makes me feel good, puts me in the right frame of mind and reduces my anxiety. We all have nervous jitters, anyone that says they don’t are full of crap!
The way you act and conduct yourself will depend on the attitude you apply to a given situation. Here you need to focus on your communication style and your body language. A good reminder here is to lead by example and treat others the way you would like to be treated.
